Velocity combines an extremely knowledgeable coaching team with a personal approach to training that prioritizes the well-being of every client.

Whether a client has a specific goal of the movement, conditioning, or body composition, or simply wanting to improve the quality of everyday life through training, Velocity’s goal is to help you create a plan that works best for you and to accompany you through every step of that plan. To help you reach your training goals, we offer advanced program design, in-house continuing education programs, and stellar customer service. Velocity has one core belief, to help you reach the goals you’ve always wanted through helping you with your health and wellness goals. Depending on these goals, Velocity will match you with the coach best suited to help you get to where you want to go.

In conjunction with physical training, Velocity also offers nutritional services as part of a holistic approach to wellness. Nutritionist Searra Silverberg has more than 8 years’ experience in the field of health, wellness, and sports training. She earned a Nutrition certification so that she may help others lead healthy lives. At Arizona State University, Searra played on the Water Polo Team where she honed her skills as a team member, leader, and model of sportsmanship until an injury brought her water polo career to an unexpected end.

Her struggle to cope with such a sudden loss led her to become overweight, borderline diabetic, and unhappy overall. But this low point provided Searra a moment of clarity from which to refocus herself for the future. Drawing on the same hard work, discipline and focus that she relied on to compete as an athlete, Searra shed 35 lbs. and began her mission to help others improve their lives through nutrition as a means to a healthier lifestyle.
