Competed in Baseball and ran Track at the Collegiate Level
Ted Sloan knew as early as junior high that he had a passion for fitness. He subscribed to magazines such as Men’s Health from the age of 13 and participated in sports, such as baseball and basketball since the age of 5. He ran track and played baseball in college, receiving a bachelor’s degree in the evolution of the human body and mind from UC Santa Barbara.
After his college career, Ted worked for UCLA’s Athletic Department, working as a Performance Coach where he assisted collegiate athletes in sport-specific training. He knows the importance of keeping workouts fresh and entertaining for all of his clients, and selecting the best exercises for reaching specific goals. Ted’s training philosophy is simple- Treat the client as a unique individual, all the while keeping goals and client well-being a priority.
