As a youth athlete Greg was involved with the majority of the major sports available in Northern Kentucky- Soccer, baseball, swimming, basketball, track and field, diving, football, cross country, and wrestling. After graduating high school, he enlisted into the United States Marine Corps, with the job specialty of field cannoneer.

With such a physically demanding job, Greg began understanding the importance of being in peak physical condition. After serving four years, Greg was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Greg continued his education in the field of kinesiology while still working as a Performance Coach at Velocity. A staple at the front desk for over two years, Greg has had the opportunity to intern under some of the most prestigious trainers Los Angeles has to offer. After years of hard work, Greg is now considered one of the best up-and-coming trainers within the Southern California area. Constantly learning and staying at the forefront of exercise science and modern training techniques, Greg will be sure to help you earn your stripes.
