Emma, an Australian native, grew up participating in various sports with a particular interest in rowing, swimming, tennis and netball. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology from The University of Melbourne and continued her education at Deakin University where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Sports Management and Marketing.

Emma sees to inspire and motivate a wide group of people through fitness, sport and adventure. She believes health and fitness should be an enjoyable journey! After beginning her training career in Melbourne, Emma moved to California, where she expanded her knowledge in fitness by completing her certification in Pilates and becoming a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
