Antonio Squillante was born and raised in Padova, Italy. He graduated summa cum laude from the University San Raffaele – Rome, Italy – with a Doctorate Degree in Exercise Science. Antonio is a strength and conditioning coach with more than ten years of experience with high school, collegiate and professional athletes at the national and international level. He coached for Javelin USA at the Olympic trials in Eugen, Oregon and Team USA at the IAAF World Championship in Perth, Australia.
Antonio has an unlimited interest in the field of sports biomechanics, conducting academic research and presenting at national and international events as a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA), and the International Sports Biomechanics Society (ISBS). He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), USA Weightlifting, and USA Track and Field Level 2 Certified Coach.
Antonio has an extensive background in track and field as a sprinter and javelin thrower. He also played Division I American football and he is currently a nationally recognized powerlifter (USAPL).
